In this role, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly, professional assistance. You will handle inquiries from fleet accounts, owner-operators, and consumers, while resolving issues like billing with sound judgment. Effectively maintain customer accounts in our CRM while collaborating with internal partners to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries through various communication channels
• Investigate and resolve customer issues appropriately
• Maintain accuracy in customer accounts within CRM software
• Work with peers to achieve timely resolutions
• Participate in team initiatives and mentor newer members
Requirements:
• Associate degree in Business or related field required
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
