About
The Role
As the Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. You’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the daily operations of the property, maintaining building security, and helping create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who enters the community.
What You’ll Do
Resident & Guest Services
Welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Receive, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage visitor access and maintain visitor records.
Assist with resident move ins and move outs.
Respond to resident inquiries and escalating concerns when appropriate.
Conduct routine inspections of common areas and report maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
Provide property tours to prospective residents when required.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, deliveries, and service requests.
Coordinate amenity bookings and facility reservations.
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry.
Coordinate access for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Building Operations & Security
Monitor building access and follow established security procedures.
Observe surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
Maintain incident logs and visitor records.
Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established procedures.
Work closely with property management to promote a safe and secure environment.
Community Engagement
Support resident events and community initiatives.
Distribute resident communications and notices.
Maintain knowledge of local amenities and services to assist residents.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Post‑secondary education in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
One to three years of customer service, hospitality, property management, or concierge experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
