Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email
• Respond to inquiries timely, collaborating with other team members
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and verify commitments
• Suggest alternative products based on customer needs
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Business Centre
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12; 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in sales duties and inventory management
• Fluent in English and/or French, both spoken and written
