As a key member of the ATCO Gas Contact Center, this temporary role lasts six months, offering first-hand experience in the gas utility sector. You will assist customers with inquiries, perform rate calculations, and escalate issues as needed. This position encourages development and is a stepping stone for future opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers using established communication techniques
• Calculate customer bills with precision and accuracy
• Escalate inquiries when necessary for resolution
• Maintain compliance with privacy legislation
• Verify and manage customer data in systems
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent
• Some call center experience preferred
• Strong mathematical skills for billing calculations
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Organized with attention to detail
