Sonepar is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and maintain efficient sales operations. With 3-4 years of customer service or administration experience, you will accurately enter orders and assist management in delivering exceptional service. The role encompasses document control, project coordination, and collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries
• Accurately enter customer orders and maintain documentation flow
• Assist Sales Representatives in delivering quality service
• Expedite orders and liaise with purchasing for product delivery
• Review contract specifications during project execution
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma;
Post-Secondary preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
