Your area of focus.
The Service Concierge greets our service customers, assisting with check-in when advisors are busy. In addition, they stage and move vehicles to keep the drive-thru clear for incoming appointments and imminent guests. The position is vital to maintaining customer service levels in our high-volume service department.

What drives your day-to-day?

Meet and greet customers arriving for service appointments

Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding needs & expectations

Answering incoming calls and directing them within the service department

Taking customer payments

Tending to customers in the lounge and offering refreshments

Coordinate with Shuttle Drivers to ensure clients are picked up and dropped off

Assist Service Advisors with pulling up customer’s vehicles and moving vehicles from service drive

What Are The Must-haves…

Ability to drive manual transmission is required

Customer service and/or admin experience preferred

A valid class driver's license and safe driving history is required

Must be comfortable working in all kinds of weather, in all seasons

You must be legally authorized to work in Canada
