Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate administrative support for various customer needs
• Respond to inquiries regarding packages and services
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with technology
• Organize e-invites and noticeboard announcements for events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Familiarity with MS Office and IT tools
• Positive, flexible attitude
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work
