In this pivotal role, you will manage customer adoption and retention for assigned accounts and work with a team dedicated to customer success. Your responsibilities will include training clients, securing renewals, and analyzing performance data to maximize revenue growth. You'll report to the Customer Success Managers while primarily working Australian hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer adoption and satisfaction for assigned accounts
• Manage the new customer experience and training sessions
• Analyze performance data to enhance revenue growth
• Secure annual subscription renewals and identify expansion opportunities
• Maintain a proactive relationship with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years in SaaS customer success role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with remote teamwork across global teams
• Experience in short-term rental or revenue management preferred
