Join serviceQ as a Homeowner Experience Specialist, focusing on a positive and supportive possession process in Edmonton, AB. Use your communication skills to ensure homeowners are well-informed and comfortable with their new homes.
In this full-time position, you will facilitate orientation appointments and manage the documentation of any issues noted during walkthroughs. Your responsibilities include creating educational materials that help homeowners maintain their properties, ensuring they have the information they need at their fingertips. You'll ensure that communication between homeowners and the service team is transparent and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee orientation and ensure all concerns are documented
• Conduct possession appointments and relay timelines for issue resolution
• Update homeowner manuals and online resources for clarity
• Provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement
• Foster a safe working environment in all interactions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
• Confirmation of clean criminal record check
