In this fixed-term contract role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction while assisting both administratively and in customer interactions. Bring your experience from retail, hospitality, or tourism to build lasting relationships with customers and teammates. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, enhancing store performance, and collaborating with insurance partners to add value for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer service center operations effectively
• Identify opportunities to boost store performance
• Collaborate with insurance partners for customer benefit
• Delight customers with vehicle cleaning and small repairs
• Shuttle vehicles between locations as required
Requirements:
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Flexibility to work at multiple Belron Canada locations
• On-the-job training provided
• Strong relationship-building skills
