Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and ensure workspace readiness
• Organize and coordinate community events and communications
• Assist in invoicing and service-related tasks
• Foster strong relationships and understand client needs
• Maintain effective workspace operations throughout the day
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and positive in dynamic situations
• Familiarity with MS Office and IT tools
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old
