Your expertise in our order entry system will facilitate accurate order processing, while your attention to detail will help identify stock issues. Collaboration with internal teams and support for sales is essential to expedite orders and enhance customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond timely to customer inquiries with professionalism
• Enter customer orders accurately into the order entry system
• Build strong relationships with target accounts
• Collaborate with sales teams on account issues
• Provide support for Level 1 technical calls
Requirements:
• College Diploma in a related field
• 1-3 years of B2B customer service experience
• Fluent in both French and English
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication
