As a full-time Client Services Analyst, you will handle client concerns and guide them through software and licensing queries.
Your role involves connecting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction while adhering to SLAs and company goals. Collaborate as part of a valued team and contribute to a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address client inquiries through various communication channels
• Ensure service levels are consistently met and exceed standards
• Train new staff and provide peer support to enhance team effectiveness
• Track case trends and recommend improvements proactively
• Be available for after-hours client support when required
Requirements:
• Demonstrated service experience in a challenging environment
• Intermediate computing abilities and 40 w.p.m. typing skills
• Ability to adapt to various shifts as necessary
• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
• MOA or MDOA training is advantageous
