In this role, you will become invaluable in managing client relationships and promoting product adoption. Versapay is searching for a driven individual with 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, capable of managing a significant portfolio. You will utilize data to monitor customer health and proactively address at-risk accounts while ensuring a seamless renewal process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the success of Commercial Real Estate accounts
• Advise clients to achieve optimal returns
• Analyze metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Create and implement webinars and email campaigns
• Collaborate across departments to amplify customer voice
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success
• Proven success in renewal processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience with MRI software is advantageous
