In this position, you will leverage your 3+ years of consumer investigation experience to resolve high-touch escalated consumer cases. Those fluent in French will excel by addressing complaints and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your strong decision-making abilities will be the key to maintaining Trans Union's brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Intake escalated complaints through multiple channels
• Consult with internal and external support groups
• Liaise with law enforcement and financial institutions
• Conduct research and recommend actions
• Train new investigation team members
Requirements:
• 3+ years in consumer investigations
• Fluency in French, written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
