Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients as their first point of contact
• Schedule appointments and coordinate clinician availability
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked clinic environment
• Provide administrative support for clinicians and client files
• Handle payments and oversee insurance claims
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
