Become a vital part of the community team as a Residential Services Representative s role enhances resident satisfaction through exceptional service and effective support in daily operations.
Report directly to the Community Manager while serving as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You'll manage inquiries via phone and email, assist with rent and utility payments, and ensure a positive community atmosphere. Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate office activities and support resident communications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and visitors to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Answer incoming calls and manage community email inquiries
• Assist residents with queries about payments and services
• Coordinate office activities such as contractor sign-outs
• Prepare and distribute essential resident communications
Requirements:
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in customer service or front office administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
