Reporting to the Community Manager, this role focuses on being the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and service partners. You will handle inquiries, coordinate office activities, and support residents in accessing various residential services. Emphasizing professionalism and empathy, you’ll ensure a positive atmosphere within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and visitors to foster a welcoming environment
• Answer calls and monitor community emails throughout the day
• Assist residents with inquiries concerning rent and utility payments
• Manage office activities and logistics, including amenity bookings
• Support residents with Work Orders and use of Parkbridge Connect
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service or front office administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Yardi is a plus
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset
