• Provide strategic guidance as a Trusted Advisor
• Employ Point Click Care ’s customer success methodology
• Monitor customer health and develop mitigation strategies
• Serve as an escalation point for customer needs
Requirements:
• Background in a customer-facing SaaS/tech role
• Experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
