Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a high-volume customer service environment. You'll manage conversations that range from simple inquiries to complex problems, all while upholding Good Morning's commitment to customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries across various communication channels
• Identify and resolve customer issues from start to finish
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and internal notes
Requirements:
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum one year in a call center or similar role
• Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills
• Proficient in Freshdesk or similar CRM tools
• Experience with Google Workspace is an asset
