Cencora is looking for a Bilingual Caseworker to enhance our client support services. This role focuses on effective communication and problem-solving for clients and healthcare professionals in Canada.
As part of Cencora's Innomar Strategies, you will be the primary contact for clients navigating inquiries about healthcare services. Your responsibilities include managing and documenting case interactions, while guiding clients through various HR-related processes with clarity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a contact point for client inquiries via phone and email
• Document client queries and ensure accurate resolutions
• Maintain thorough communication until client requests are complete
• Assist clients with understanding HR tools and resources
• Handle case management tasks alongside administrative duties
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or comparable experience
• Minimum of one year in a customer service position
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
