Shape the future of customer relationships as a Strategic Customer Success Manager us on optimizing client engagement to maximize value and retention.
This role demands a strategic mindset, where you'll own the success of multiple accounts. You will be responsible for defining strategies, conducting quarterly reviews, and fostering collaboration with internal teams for technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute success strategies for each account

Requirements:
