As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing pharmacies’ experiences with McKesson Pharmacy Technology Solutions. This role demands a customer-focused individual skilled in pharmacy operations, healthcare tech, and relationship management. You will drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with pharmacy customers across Western Canada
• Provide proactive guidance on product utilization
• Conduct operational assessments and identify improvement areas
• Deliver best-in-class service and support change management
• Advocate for customer needs and analyze feedback trends
Requirements:
• 4+ years in customer success or pharmacy operations
• Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada
