Position: Commercial Loan Servicing Agent at Axos Bank

• Handle inquiries via phone and email for loan servicing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2+ years in customer success, preferably in a call center

• Strong communication and keyboard skills

• Experience in financial services preferred

• Ability to handle high-volume work efficiently
