Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter expert on products and services
• Manage inbound claims calls with empathy and knowledge
• Document conversations and actions accurately in claims
• Initiate sensitive discussions regarding policies and coverages
• Meet daily metrics while ensuring quality service
Requirements:
• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Insurance experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Flexibility to work 35 hours a week in a hybrid model
