Less as a Host in Edmonton Kingsway and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Your role centers on maintaining cleanliness and engaging with members effectively.

As a Host, you will perform daily cleaning tasks to uphold Fit4

Less’ standards while delivering friendly customer service. Your responsibilities include welcoming members, assisting with memberships, and promoting amenities. You will champion a clean gym culture and effectively report any issues to management to ensure a seamless experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness on the workout floor and club areas

• Interact warmly with all visitors and members

• Promote memberships and amenities to enhance member experience

• Complete regular cleanliness inspections and reports

• Assist members with automated processes and service inquiries

Requirements:

• High School diploma or pursuing completion

• 1 year of customer service experience

• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
