Position: Dynamic Customer Service Host Needed

In this role, you are entrusted with the initial guest interaction, setting the tone for their visit. Your ability to multitask and manage reservations will ensure a seamless flow of guests throughout the restaurant. You will engage with customers, communicate specials, and maintain an organized environment, fulfilling a crucial role within the team.

• Inform guests about specials and promotions

• Efficiently manage seating and table assignments

• Respond to phone calls and inquiries with a smile

• Ensure a clean and orderly front-of-house area

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills for high-volume situations

• Capacity to remain composed under pressure

• High school diploma or equivalent
