Role Responsibilities

Help bring interactive exhibits to life while creating safe, engaging, and inclusive experiences for visitors of all ages.

Working in the museum’s feature gallery, you will engage directly with visitors, support the operation of interactive exhibits, manage visitor flow, and help ensure everyone enjoys a welcoming and accessible experience.

You will be responsible for:

Engaging visitors, answering questions, and facilitating interactive exhibit experiences.

Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive gallery environment.

Managing visitor flow and equitable access in busy exhibition spaces.

Monitoring gallery activities and addressing visitors’ concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.

Performing basic exhibit troubleshooting and reporting operational issues.

Supporting school groups, families, and other high-volume audiences.

Collaborating with staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure smooth gallery operations.
