Become a key part of the guest experience team at West Edmonton Mall as a Guest Services Agent. This part-time role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to assist customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with birthday parties and gift card transactions

• Process event tickets and sales accurately

• Keep the Guest Services office neat and stocked

• Engage with customers and provide tours as needed

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Prior experience in cashier or administrative roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends

• Pass a simple security clearance
