Customer Experience Co-worker ; Carts Co-worker

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Less than 1 year of related experience

• Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
• Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
• Support customers to make purchases with assistance or self‑service tools.
