In this on-site role, you will split your time between providing support and engaging in light sales tasks, such as preparing quotes. Focusing on customer-first service, you will answer questions, assist with order processes, and ensure smooth communications. Your ability to multitask will be key in maintaining organized records and following up with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messages
• Assist clients with shipping and order issues
• Offer light technical support for online orders
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
• Keep customer records up to date in CRM
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or related fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with e-commerce systems
• Strong organization skills in tracking processes
• Local driver's license for errands
