Brand Ambassador

Adecco is currently hiring a Brand Ambassador for a one-day temporary opportunity at a food show in Edmonton, AB. This opportunity is ideal for an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys engaging with the public and creating a positive experience for event attendees.
In this role, you will represent the brand at an event booth, serve product samples, engage with attendees, and answer questions while helping attract visitors to the booth.

• Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Schedule: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Employment Type: One-Day Temporary Assignment
• Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally and positively throughout the food show.
• Welcome and engage attendees visiting the booth.
• Serve food samples to event attendees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Proactively attract attendees to the booth and encourage interaction with the brand.
• Answer general questions about the products and provide information to attendees.
• Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable booth throughout the event.
• Follow all event, food handling, health, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with other event staff to ensure smooth booth operations.
• Perform other event support duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Previous brand ambassador, promotional, or event experience is considered an asset.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and engaging with members of the public.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a busy event environment.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work the full scheduled shift.
• Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods.
