You will be the first point of contact for clients, dedicated to understanding their needs and offering tailored banking services. Your contributions will strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction through a positive experience. This unionized role includes rotating evening and Saturday shifts and is based in a branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with clients to assess needs

• Introduce clients to innovative banking tools

• Collaborate with teams for smooth operations

• Process clients’ transactions securely and accurately

• Participate actively in team meetings to share insights

Requirements:

• Grade 12 graduate with numerical skills

• Proven experience in customer service or sales

• Previous banking experience preferred

• Ability to adapt and solve problems
