Member Services Lead

Help Build Edmonton’s Premier Racquet Sports Community  IQ Tennis & Pickleball Centre is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated  Member Services Lead  to help deliver an outstanding experience for our members and guests. We are a fast-growing startup sports facility and we are building something special — a positive, welcoming community centered around tennis, pickleball, health, and community.

Key Responsibilities   Lead and support front desk staff
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist members with bookings and accounts using Court Reserve
Help resolve customer concerns professionally
Support daily front-of-house operations
Help maintain a welcoming, organized environment
Assist with memberships, programs, events, and communications
Contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience
Qualifications   Strong communication and leadership skills
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Comfortable with technology and booking systems
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Passion for sports, fitness, and community-building
Compensation   Approximately $24–$28/hour depending on experience
