This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $22.50/hour, and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,200 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by phone and email in an inbound call center office environment and will report to a Customer Service Center Supervisor. Our team members are expected to be active participants in a workplace that promotes accountability, coaching, and teamwork to achieve the goals of our business, team members, and customers with high efficiency.

You will be scheduled to work an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be available to work any assigned shift within these operating hours. While shift preferences may be considered in the future through the shift bidding process, flexibility in scheduling is not available re are no evening or weekend shifts. Following the 8-week training period, employees become eligible to work remotely on Fridays.

After six months of tenure, a second remote workday is added, resulting in a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. The position begins on October 5, 2026.
