Position: Customer Experience Specialist at Air Liquide

As a part of the Customer Experience Centre, you will proactively engage with customers to deliver excellent service. The position entails processing orders, resolving customer queries, and recommending products to boost satisfaction and sales opportunities. Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inquiries and customer orders from multiple sources

• Provide technical advice and support for customer needs

• Assist sales executives with administrative tasks

• Enhance client experience through upselling and cross-selling

• Track and manage logistics for timely deliveries

Requirements:

• Education in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or call center

• Proficient in ERP, CRM systems, and Google Suites

• Strong communication skills in English

• Basic understanding of welding processes beneficial
