Lead German and English customer service at Fraserway RV’s Leduc Rentals team. Guide guests through reservations, rentals, and travel experiences.
As Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead daily Customer Service operations for international travellers. Your work includes coaching employees, coordinating schedules, overseeing rental agreements, and resolving customer concerns. Hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, or related experience supports this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and support the Customer Service team
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, workflow, and daily operations
- Oversee reservations, agreements, vehicle pickups, and returns
- Resolve escalated concerns professionally and clearly
- Coordinate transfers and shuttle arrangements with operational teams
- Fluency in German and English
- Hospitality, tourism, hotel, or guest services experience
- Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience
- Strong complaint handling and customer service skills
- Weekend and flexible-hours availability required
