Drive customer retention and growth remotely at Property Vista using strategic account management, product adoption, and KPI analysis.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will partner strategically with Property Vista clients throughout their lifecycle. You will lead tailored software delivery, educate users, and communicate commercial impact. The position emphasizes account health, customer satisfaction, and expansion within SaaS property management.
Key Responsibilities:- Build long-term client relationships from onboarding through lifecycle
- Identify at-risk clients and resolve conflicts proactively
- Configure and deliver software solutions for customer objectives
- Escalate bugs and feature requests to Product teams
- Analyze KPIs and execute account expansion campaigns
- Eight or more years in sales, account management, or project management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience in Prop Tech or SaaS industries
- CRM experience and key account metrics tracking
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills
