Drive renewals and expansion at Bio Render as a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager in a remote-first environment. Shape customer value through strategic SaaS account leadership.
This experienced, commercially minded Customer Success Manager owns customer outcomes across scientific, operational, and procurement stakeholders. You will manage retention, adoption, expansion, and renewals while working independently with ownership and autonomy. The role connects Bio Render’s platform to scientific workflows and institutional needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Own a Mid-Market book of business and long-term retention
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships across scientific and operational teams
- Identify renewal risks, growth opportunities, and expansion strategies
- Drive platform adoption and customer value realization
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support
- 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS
- Experience managing renewals, pricing negotiations, and contract execution
- Success generating revenue through expansion and upsell opportunities
- Ability to engage senior scientific and operational stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20%
