DATS Booking Agent Edmonton

Serve Edmonton customers through DATS booking, clear communication, and accurate trip coordination in a temporary part-time position. Support essential paratransit services from Percy Wickman Garage.

The City of Edmonton seeks a DATS Booking Agent for Edmonton Transit Service’s Paratransit Operations section. You will manage trip requests, explain DATS policies, and provide first-call resolution. The work includes phone and email service, accurate data entry, and occasional Nextalk or TTY communication.

• Respond to clients, caregivers, and partners through available communication channels
• Assess needs and explain DATS services, policies, and procedures
• Process and accurately record trip requests, changes, and cancellations
• Enter new client information while protecting confidentiality
• Document customer concerns and commendations

• Grade twelve with business subjects or approved business certificate
• Two years of diversified administrative experience, including telephone service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy in data entry and assigned tasks
• Availability for shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
