U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative in Edmonton, using customer service skills, U-Scan technology, and equipment inspection. The role is onsite at 9521 51 Ave.
You will represent U-Haul while assisting customers with products and services. Responsibilities combine rental processing, equipment care, and customer education. On-the-job education includes ongoing U-Haul University training and certifications offered upon employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology
- Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Answer questions and educate customers about products
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work around moving parts and chemicals
