Welcome passengers at Edmonton International Airport using customer service, check-in, boarding, and inquiry support skills. Work across varied airline shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Prime Flight seeks Customer Service Agents to support passengers and visitors at Edmonton International Airport. The role includes flight information, baggage processing, kiosk assistance, complaints, announcements, and boarding documentation. Agents follow airline policies, security regulations, safety procedures, and Prime Flight standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet passengers and assist with check-in, boarding, and inquiries
- Provide flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport service information
- Process baggage, tickets, upgrades, and re-bookings courteously
- Resolve passenger concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with ground staff, crew, and security personnel
- One year of customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Effective English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Eligible for background screening and a RAIC
