Serve Simons customers through online service, using strong communication and technology skills at the Londonderry Mall store.
This full-time Web Customer Service Associate supports Simons’ online shopping experience. The team answers questions about purchases, online orders, merchandise, returns, the Les Simons loyalty program, and website events. Associates use different platforms daily while providing the high-quality service clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer questions about purchases and online order status
- Provide information about merchandise and returns
- Assist customers with the Les Simons loyalty program
- Respond to questions about website events and activities
- Use different platforms to deliver customer service
- Ability to work in an IT-driven environment
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Meticulousness and strong organizational skills
- Empathetic and friendly approach with customers
