This junior role supports guests, members, visitors, and colleagues across GYMVMT/HER GYMVMT facilities. You will inspire guests to become members while providing professional, courteous assistance. Success requires empathy, problem solving, telephone etiquette, and clear English communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire guests to become GYMVMT members
- Provide professional assistance to members and visitors
- Listen, empathize, and solve problems diplomatically
- Build relationships and collaborate with colleagues
- Communicate clearly by telephone and in person
- High School Diploma and one year sales-driven experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
- Proper telephone etiquette and basic telephone equipment knowledge
- Proficient written and oral English communication
- Consistent, dependable commitment to scheduled shifts
