Serve customers in metal recycling at Inland Steel Products in Nisku, using strong communication and transaction-handling skills onsite.
This permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative position supports scale facility and warehouse operations. You will frequently interact with customers while facilitating service from start to finish. The role requires computer proficiency, attention to detail, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate customer experiences from start to finish
- Handle retail customer payments and transactions in person
- Create scale tickets and enter weights and prices
- Receive, sort, and process metal materials
- Maintain clean work areas through housekeeping
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
- Ability to lift and handle warehouse materials
