Build fitness memberships at GYMVMT Edmonton Gateway through relationship building, member assistance, and clear communication. This full time position includes weekday evenings and weekend work.
As a Junior Fitness Consultant, you will inspire guests to become members while supporting colleagues, members, and visitors. The position calls for listening, empathy, problem solving, telephone etiquette, and professional communication. You will work independently and within a team while adapting to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire guests to become GYMVMT members
- Provide professional assistance to members and visitors
- Listen, empathize, and solve problems diplomatically
- Build relationships through clear, concise communication
- Apply new knowledge in fitness services
- High school diploma
- One year in a sales driven environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
- Basic knowledge of telephone equipment
- Proficient written and oral English communication
