Customer onboarding and web services define this Account Services position with Newfold Digital, supporting Professional Website and Online Marketing Campaign customers remotely.
As an Account Services team member, you conduct customer interviews, manage accounts during onboarding, and review delivered products. You communicate through inbound and outbound calls and email while capturing detailed business information. You also support website updates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct customer interviews for Professional Service products
- Manage account books throughout customer onboarding
- Capture accurate business information for websites and campaigns
- Make text and image changes
- Review final products and promote established services
- Customer-facing experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook understanding
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- High school education or equivalent required
