Senior SaaS Customer Success Manager

Power School seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager skilled in value realization and adoption management to strengthen outcomes across SaaS customer organizations.
This customer-facing role aligns district goals with Power School solutions and cross-functional capabilities. You will guide strategic accounts through adoption, customer health, renewal readiness, and long-term partnership growth. Success depends on translating product capabilities into measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define outcomes, success criteria, and value metrics with customers
Lead adoption programs tailored to customer maturity and implementation stage
Coordinate teams to resolve issues and deliver customer value
Forecast health and attrition risk using usage and sentiment
Drive renewal readiness through documented value and mitigation plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
Strong understanding of SaaS Customer Success principles

Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder customer organizations
Working knowledge of CRM and customer success platforms
Bring value orchestration, analytical insight, and executive communication skills to Power School’s senior customer success team.
