Own childcare client portfolios through enrollment funnel optimization, retention strategy, and high-touch account management during North American business hours.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage assigned childcare center accounts from post-onboarding through long-term retention. You will monitor Meta ads and Go High Level CRM performance across lead capture, tour bookings, and enrollment closes. The work centers on identifying bottlenecks and improving account outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Own client relationships across assigned childcare center accounts
- Monitor Meta ads and Go High Level CRM campaign throughput
- Analyze lead capture, tour booking, and enrollment close rates
- Lead structured client calls and maintain communication channels
- Build weekly seven-day plans addressing enrollment pipeline bottlenecks
- Availability Monday through Friday during North American business hours
- Weekend flexibility for four to six asynchronous campaign hours
- Ability to oversee end-to-end enrollment funnels
- Ability to maintain high-touch client relationships
- Availability for an independent contractor agreement
