As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the branch’s key customer contact. You will provide order support and product information while working with Outside Sales Representatives, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery. Your work supports the order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain positive customer rapport while providing world-class service
Process and review dealer orders and customer requests
Review system-generated order acknowledgements using computer skills
Provide product information and order support
Collaborate with sales, production, credit, and delivery teams
Requirements:
One to two years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math calculation ability
Analytical and problem-solving customer service skills
Minimum age of eighteen years
